Hello! I’m Monica, a family-focused, nature lover, who enjoys growing vegetables and flowers, walking, and swimming. I prefer cooking from scratch over fast food, and I am passionate about health, especially clean food free from preservatives and contaminants.
A few years ago, I moved to Johannesburg with my husband and our three young children. As a teacher, I found myself stuck in a dead-end job. However, a discovery of a particular Vitamin B Complex changed everything. I also started giving my kids Vitasquares, thanks to a wonderful lady selling these products. In a new city, I struggled to find these essentials in regular stores. By year’s end, I realized I had to find a way to get them for myself.
